Crawled into the Teacher’s Workroom — Phyllis Senn

bhpsOn October 12, 1995 Phyllis Senn was walking through the hall in the Blackville-Hilda High School in Blackville, South Carolina when a student at Blackville-Hilda High School, who was suspended from school at the time, shot her. She crawled into the teacher’s workroom, where she was found dead. The student then turned the gun on himself.

Order_of_the_Palmetto_-_NEW_-_with_Copyright.76172102Senn posthumously received the Order of the Palmetto, the highest award a citizen in the state of South Carolina can receive, for giving the ultimate sacrifice in the line of duty.
