Jean Kirk Kuczka was a Physical Education Teacher at Central Visual & Performing Arts High School in St. Louis, Missouri. Jean had taught at the school since 2008 and loved her students as much as her seven grandchildren. Whose school biography stated “I cannot imagine myself in any other career but teaching.” Jean loved her job and loved her students. “Respect was her favorite word.” On October 24, 2022, a former students came back to the school with a gun. Jean gave her life protecting her students.
